Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, following GroundCentral’s high standards.
• Ensure consistency in the quality of beverages and presentation.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restock supplies and inform management of inventory needs.
• Assist in training new baristas.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
