Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We don't currently ship internationally, to US territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders ship with UPS, which can't deliver to P.O. boxes — please use a street address.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 on orders under $75.00.

Free shipping

Orders of $75.00 or more ship free. The $75.00 minimum applies to your order subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your UPS tracking number.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or your tracking hasn't updated in a while, email us at support@groundcentral.com with your order number and we'll work with UPS to make it right.
